What if your jewelry or accessory breaks?
E-mail us a photo of the broken item here: cstaretail@gmail.com. Please include your Name and Address, as well as the confirmation #. We will get back with you as quickly as possible, but usually within a week.
We need $5.99 for shipping and handling for broken merchandise.
Additional info & exceptions:
- If the item has been lost or stolen, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange. A photo of the damaged or broken item must be included for exchange eligibility.
- If the item is no longer in stock, or on our shelves, we may not be able to provide you with an exchange of your product.
Our company does not issue refunds, or accept returns, unless the aforementioned qualities are met.
